    • PURPOSE: Film-type soy sauce capable of easily carrying is provided to enable users to easily store the soy sauce, and to economically produce the soy sauce. CONSTITUTION: Film-type soy sauce contains 10-50 parts of waxy starch hydrolysate by weight, 10-50 parts of modified starch by weight, and 10-70 parts of water-soluble polymer by weight. The film-type soy sauce additionally contains more than one additive selected from a filler, a plasticizer, a sweetener, an acidifier, a flavoring agent, an emulsifier, and a pigment.
    • 目的:提供容易携带的薄膜式酱油,使用户能够轻松存放酱油,经济地生产酱油。 构成:薄膜型酱油含有10-50重量份的蜡状淀粉水解物,10-50重量份的改性淀粉,10-70重量份的水溶性聚合物。 薄膜型酱油还含有多于一种选自填料,增塑剂,甜味剂,酸化剂,调味剂,乳化剂和颜料的添加剂。
