    • Disclosed are a hot-rolled steel sheet, a manufacturing method thereof which can be normalized at low temperatures by controlling alloy elements and process conditions, and a method for manufacturing a steel pipe using the hot-rolled steel sheet. The manufacturing method of the hot-rolled steel sheet according to the present invention comprises the steps of: reheating a slab composed of 0.20-0.35 wt.% of C, 0.15-0.30 wt.% of Si, 1.2-2.0 wt.% of Mn, 0.2-0.3 wt.% of V, 0.02-0.05 wt.% of Al, 0.015 wt.% or less of P, 0.005 wt.% or less of S, 0.002 wt.% or less of Ca, 0.008 wt.% or less of N, and the rest of Fe and inevitable impurities; hot-rolling the reheated slab; and cooling the hot-rolled slab, and coiling the slab at 550-620°C, which is a coiling temperature (CT).     • PURPOSE: A winding coil correction device is provided to control a separation distance between a pair of rotary frames, to secure an opening part in a concave part which is formed by a loading stand and the rotary frames, and to use the rotary frames in pressurizing the circumference of a winding coil in order to correct the shape of the coil. CONSTITUTION: A winding coil correction device includes a loading stand(210), a pair of rotary frames(220), and an angle adjusting unit(300). A winding coil(10) is settled on the loading stand. The pair of rotary frames is connected with each other through a hinge on both end parts of the loading stand, and has the upper parts to adjust the separation distance. The angle adjusting unit is contacted with the outside surface of the rotary frames and rotates the rotary frames by generating a displacement in the nearing or separating axial direction.

    • PURPOSE: A high strength steel sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have 440 MPa or more of a tensile strength, 260-310 MPa of a yield point, 35% or more of an elongation, and 0.17 or more of a work hardening exponent by controlling processing conditions and alloy components. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a high strength steel sheet is as follows. A slab board is composed of 0.14-0.20wt.% of C, 0.01-0.30wt.% of Si, 0.5-1.5wt.% of Mn, 0.01-0.06wt.% of Al, 40ppm or less of V, rest Fe, and inevitable impurities.
