    • PURPOSE: A high abrasion resistant aluminium brake disc rotor is provided to present lightness and high abrasion resistance by partially processing the surface of a brake disc rotor. CONSTITUTION: A brake disc rotor(2) is cast by sand-casting or die-casting an aluminium alloy. After examining foreign matter or foam outside a cast-iron product of the brake disc rotor, the friction surface between the brake disc rotor and a brake pad is selectively processed by complexity. Then, the surface of the brake disc rotor is processed by a polycrystalline diamond tool or a tungsten carbide tool. The brake disc rotor has the lightness of about 60% and the same abrasion resistance or over cast iron.
