CONSTITUTION: A bio polyurethane foam composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of resin premix, and 30-70 parts by weight of isocyanate. The resin premix comprises: 55-90 weight% of polyether polyol, polyester polyol, or a mixture thereof of which average number of functional groups is 2-5, and a hydroxy value is 300-700 mg KOH/g; 5-40 weight% of biopolyol; and 0.3-5 weight% of cardanol. The biopolyol is obtained from soybean oil, palm oil, castor oil, sunflower oil, or rapeseed oil.

The method for controlling the safety system for getting on and off car passenger protection follows the steps: the step that the door close switch is operated and the infrared ray sensor is operated; the step for sensing existence and nonexistence of the passenger within the set section from the infrared ray sensor; and the step for outputting the alarm if passenger is sensed in the set section or closing the door if not detecting the passenger within the set section.
