    • PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to improve safety by shutting of a connection circuit of voltage sensing members to a battery pack control part by a safety member in case of short circuit in the battery sensing member. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack(800) comprises: a battery laminate in which a plurality of battery cells or unit modules which are connected in direct and/or in series are laminated; a voltage sensing elements(110,120) electrically connecting the battery pack control part, for detecting voltage of the battery cell or unit module by being electrically connected to an electrode terminal connection part of battery cells respectively located on a front side and/or a backside of the battery laminate; and a safety element shutting off a connection circuit of the voltage sensing member to the battery control part in case of a short circuit in the battery sensing member.

    • PURPOSE: A unit module and a battery module including the same are provided to minimize increase of weight and size while effectively reinforcing mechanical rigidity of the battery cell. CONSTITUTION: A unit module(510) comprises a first battery cell(512), a second battery cell(514), and a third battery cell(516) which are composed of a laminating structure of electrode terminals in parallel, a first external element and a second external member(524) which are in contact with outermost sides of the first battery cell and the third battery cell in order to cover outside of the laminate battery cells, a heat-sinking member(522) which is installed while being in contact with one side of the second battery cell. The heat-sinking member has a structure in which an end part combines with the first external element and/or the second external element.
