摘要： The purpose of the present invention is to prevent the penetration of harmful bacteria via cut stalks by heating the cut stalks simultaneously with cutting stalks of crops such as watermelons, paprika, strawberries, chrysanthemum (flowers), peppers, tomatoes, oriental melons, and grapes with scissors and by burning the cut stalks to lose functions of cellular tissues of a plant; to protect the crops from disease and pest injury; and to maintain the freshness of the crops for a long time. To achieve the purposes, the present invention forms the scissors composed of cutting blades and handles, heats the metallic cutting blades at high temperatures with a heating member, and cuts the stalks of the crops by using the heated scissors, thereby making the cut stalks lose the functions of cellular tissues and burning the cut stalks.
