    • PURPOSE: An antigenic protein for serological diagnosis of clonorchiosis and a composition for diagnosis clonorchiosis containing thereof are provided to increase accuracy of diagnosis through the amynologic method. CONSTITUTION: A composition for clonorchiosis diagnosis includes a polypeptide consisting of amino acid sequence of sequence number 7[SEQ ID NO:7](venom2) as an active ingredient. A composition for clonorchiosis diagnosis includes a gene which codes the protein of the sequence number 7 as an active ingredient. The gene coding the protein of the sequence number 7 has DNA sequence of sequence number 15(venom2). The clonorchiosis diagnosis reagent which detects clonorchiosis specific IgG within the blood comprises clonorchiosis imago, metacercaria, or antigen of helminth egg. A clonorchiosis diagnosis reagent includes substrate solution containing anti-human IgG antibody coated fixture, a marker antigen conjugate, and a color fixing agent.

An information input unit(300) delivers disinfection information or location information through a communication network(500). A geographical information management server(100) stores the geographic information of a jurisdictional area in a numerical value map type in a database. A disinfection manager terminal(200) receives the numerical value map geographic information, disinfection information or location information from the geographical information management server, searches the location information on the numerical value map and then outputs the searched result together with the disinfection information.
