    • An apparatus for the production of hydrogen peroxide is provided to complicated chemical processes for producing hydrogen peroxide and lower costs accordingly. An apparatus for the production of hydrogen peroxide comprises a tank(10), a water supply part(11), a hydrogen peroxide drain part(12), a water supply valve(14), a filter(13), a drain valve(15), a suction port(16), an exhaust port(17), a fan(18), and a water level sensor(19). The tank is made from stainless steel. The water supply part and hydrogen peroxide drain part are connected to one side of the tank. The water supply valve is formed on the water supply part. The drain valve is formed on the hydrogen peroxide drain part, and the suction port is formed on a top part of the tank. The fan is formed in the suction port, and a circulation pipe(24) is formed on one side of the tank to connect upper and lower parts of the tank. The circulation pipe has a hydrogen peroxide production part(30), a heater(20), a circulation motor(21), a hydrogen peroxide concentration sensor(22), and a temperature sensor(23) sequentially connected thereto.

    • PURPOSE: A method for stabilizing hydrogen peroxide is provided which is capable of greatly improving reaction stability and storage stability of hydrogen peroxide during using of hydrogen peroxide. CONSTITUTION: The method for stabilizing hydrogen peroxide is characterized in that p-hydroxybenzoic acid, phenyl urea or a mixture thereof is mixed with hydrogen peroxide in a ratio of 0.2 to 8 wt.% for concentration of hydrogen peroxide, wherein if the mixture of p-hydroxybenzoic acid and phenyl urea is mixed with hydrogen peroxide, p-hydroxybenzoic acid is mixed with phenyl urea in a mixing ratio of 1:9 to 4:6, wherein the hydrogen peroxide exists in a solution containing 100 g/L or less of iron ions, and wherein the hydrogen peroxide exists in a solution having chemical oxygen demand (COD) of 100 to 20,000 ppm containing metal ions or organic matter.
