    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing an artificial multi-vesicular body using basalt waste sludge is provided to manufacture basalt powder into a form that matches a desired shape through a plasticizing and foaming process. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an artificial multi-vesicular body using basalt waste sludge comprises the following steps: producing material powder by mixing basalt waste sludge or crushed basalt powder with frit glass powder; adding a foaming co-agent to the material powder; forming the material powder mixture into a circular or a cylindrical shape or placing the material powder mixture into a mold; inserting the mold or the circular or cylindrical shaped material powder mixture into a furnace for plasticizing and foaming to make a porous inorganic multi-vesicular body; and thermally stabilizing the multi-vesicular body.

    • A method for manufacturing bottom structure between floors of building using porous material for insulation and absorption of sound and a method for manufacturing side-wall structure of building using the porous material are provided to install excellent insulation against heat and sound while reducing a manufacturing cost by using porous materials having light weight and higher strength for construction. A method for manufacturing bottom structure between floors of building using porous material for insulation and absorption of sound and a method for manufacturing side-wall structure of building using the porous material comprise steps of: preparing a mixture for porous material for insulation and absorption of sound comprising steps of: a) preparing main material comprising vermiculite powder, perlite powder, coal material and materials emitting far-infrared rays; blowing additive comprising at least one metal powder blowing agent selected from aluminium powder and zinc powder, at least one blowing catalyst selected from slack lime, quick lime and sodium bicarbonate; at lest one blowing stabilizer selected from crystalline cellulose and carboxymethylcellulose; at least one coupling agent selected from kaolin and bentonite; and at least one ionic coagulating agent selected from montmorillonite and calcium chloride; and b) mixing the prepared main material, blowing additive, coupling agent, ioinc coagulating agent and water; and casting and curing the mixture for porous material for insulation and absorption of sound on the concrete slab whereby forming porous material for insulation and absorption of sound. For manufacturing side wall structure of building using the porous material, a heating pipe laying is located on the porous material for insulation and absorption of sound, and a finishing mortar is formed on the heating pipe laying. The main material is contained in the amount of 78-95% by weight, the blowing additive is contained in the amount of 1-15% by weight, the coupling agent is contained in the amount of 1-5% by weight, and the ionic coagulant is contained in the amount of 1-4% by weight with respect to the total weight.

    • An application method of a static demolition agent composition is provided to have the effect that construction time is never restricted by stuffing holes with the static demolition agent powder and injecting water into the hole. An application method of a static demolition agent composition includes the steps of: perforating a target demolition structure; filling the obtained holes with a static demolition agent composition comprising quicklime(CaO) and 0.5-3wt% of bentonite as main components based on the total weight of the composition; and injecting water into the composition-filled holes and swelling the composition. The water is injected in an amount of 16-32wt% based on the total weight of a mixture of the water with the composition.
