    • PURPOSE: A coordinator determining method and a device thereof are provided to dynamically determine a coordinator for managing a network, thereby enabling free network subscription and withdraw processes. CONSTITUTION: A coordinator determining device is connected to a second device. Information about coordinator performance of the second device is received from the second device. Information about coordinator performance of the first device is compared with information about coordinator performance of the second device. The first device or the second device is determined as the coordinator. The information about the coordinator performance includes information about at least one item. At least one item includes an item which functions as a coordinator of a corresponding device.

    • A method of communicating with a network interface includes providing a packet to the network interface, where the packet includes an address field indicating a destination of the packet. The network interface analyzes the address field, and determines if it reflects an address associated with the network interface. If not, the network interface provides the packet to a network. If the network interface determines the address field reflects an address associated with the interface, it provides information in the packet to an application executing at the network interface. Accordingly, information targeted to an application can be communicated by associating an address, such as a network address, with the network interface, allowing for communication of the information without extensive processing of each packet at the interface.

    • A method and a system for transmitting the network data are provided to allocate all node IDs randomly in a dynamic structure scheme of a network node ID and to exchange or maintain additional routing information by nodes. When transmitting data in the network environment having plural communication nodes, the data are transmitted to at least one receiving node of a transmission-receiving group among plural communication nodes by using a node ID from at least one transmission node. In order to form a logical tree topology, a process for allocating a root node(302) or one or more child nodes(300) among plural communication nodes of the transmission-receiving group is performed. Each child node is a parent node of 0 or more child nodes. The determined number of N is the maximum number of child nodes connected with each node of the logical tree topology. An identifier for each child node is allocated to each parent node at the k-th child level of the logical tree topology in order to discern each child node about each parent node.
