    • PURPOSE: An air conditioning control system for an intelligent building is provided to minimize energy consumption by applying operation of an air conditioner and natural ventilation appropriately and maintain comfort indoor environment by comparing environmental reference value with detected indoor and outdoor environmental factors. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning control system for an intelligent building comprises an air supply duct(110), an exhaust air duct(120), an air conditioner(210), a natural ventilation opening(310), an indoor environmental factor sensor(410), an outdoor environmental factor sensor(510), and a controller(610). The air conditioner is installed in passages of the air supply duct and the exhaust air duct and has a supply fan and an exhaust fan. The natural ventilation opening is installed in the wall of a building and opens and closes for an air passage to exhaust indoor air and supply outdoor air. The indoor environmental factor sensor detects indoor environmental factor including indoor temperature indoor humidity, and carbon dioxide concentration. The outdoor environmental factor sensor detects outdoor environmental factor including outdoor temperature, outdoor humidity, and fine dust concentration. The controller controls operation of the air conditioner or opening and closing of the natural ventilation opening by receiving signals detected in the indoor and outdoor environmental factor sensors.

    • PURPOSE: An outdoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to reduce noise emitting from the outdoor unit using a noise reducing operation. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor unit(1) of an air conditioner comprises a body(10), a fan, a motor, and an active noise control unit(20). The body comprises an outdoor heat exchanger. The heat exchange of refrigerant and outdoor air is performed in the outdoor heat exchanger. The fan makes the outdoor air forcibly flow to pass the outdoor heat exchanger. The motor rotates the fan. The active noise control unit generates a sound wave with the opposite phase to that of the noise to minimize noise, which is generated by at least one of the fan and the motor. The active noise control unit operates if low-noise requirement is satisfied.

    • PURPOSE: An air-conditioner and an operation method of the same are provided to automatically select a cooling mode or a heating mode according to not the change of season but an outside temperature. CONSTITUTION: An operation method of an air-conditioner comprises the following steps. If the working order is inputted, the operation mode automatic changing is confirmed whether is setting or not. In case the operation mode automatic changing is set or is not inputted, the operation mode is automatically set by corresponding to the outside temperature. In case the operation mode and the operation mode which is automatically set are different, an alarm is outputted. The operation is started by corresponding to the set operation mode. If the outside temperature is same or over a first reference temperature which a reference temperature for a cooling operation, the operation mode is set into the cooling mode(320). If the outside temperature is under a second reference temperature which a reference temperature for a cooling operation, the operation mode is set into the heating mode(340).

    • PURPOSE: Hybrid ventilating system and method for mechanical and natural ventilation are provided to effectively perform temperature and humidity control and perform proper ventilation depending on indoor area. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid ventilating system comprises a mechanical ventilating unit(10), a natural ventilating unit(20), a temperature detector(40), a wind pressure detector(50), and a controller(30). The temperature detector detects outdoor temperature. The wind pressure detector detects the wind pressure of the natural ventilating unit and the mechanical ventilating unit. The controller controls the drive of the natural ventilating unit and the mechanical ventilating unit by using inner and outdoor environment information. Natural ventilating is made if the outdoor temperature corresponds to a temperature condition for the natural ventilating and if not, mechanical ventilating is made. During the natural ventilating, the wind speed of the natural ventilating unit is detected and if air volume incoming into the indoor is below required air volume, the natural ventilating is made.

    • PURPOSE: An air-conditioner which reduces noise at night time and a low-noise control method thereof are provided to vary a rotation speed of an outdoor fan, and a driving or waiting time about night low-noise operation according to operation pressure of a compressor, and an outsider temperature.
