    • PURPOSE: A method of injecting oil into a bearing is provided to prevent oil from clinging to the surface of an auxiliary jig and to minimize oil loss since a coated layer is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the auxiliary jig. CONSTITUTION: A method of injecting oil into a bearing is as follows. An auxiliary jig(300) for injecting oil is placed on the upper part of a bearing(200), which rotatably supports a rotary shaft(100). In a vacuum state, oil is applied in an inner space, which is formed by an auxiliary jig. The vacuum state is finished, the oil is injected into the gap between the rotary shaft and the bearing by pressure difference. A coated layer(310) is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the auxiliary jig. The coated layer is a Teflon-coated layer. The auxiliary jig is formed to have a stepped part. The stepped art is placed on the outer upper surface of the bearing.

    • PURPOSE: An oil bearing for a rotational shaft is provided to prevent friction from being generated between the oil bearing and the rotational shaft by forming a semicircular slot on both edges of the oil bearing. CONSTITUTION: Oil is supplied onto an outer surface of a bearing housing from an exterior. In order to transfer oil into a bearing, an oil guiding hole is formed at the outer surface of the bearing housing. A semicircular slot is formed in the bearing housing in order to uniformly distribute oil over the whole area of the bearing. An oil inlet port is formed at a lateral portion of the bearing in order to feed oil transferred from the bearing housing into a contact surface formed between the bearing and a rotational shaft inserted into the bearing. A semicircular slot is also formed in both edges of the bearing in order to prevent oil from being leaked.
