중앙에 볼트 구멍(101)이 있고, 외주면을 따라 홈(102)이 형성되어 있는 디스크(disk) 형태의 맨홀 뚜껑(10)과; 위쪽에는 맨홀 뚜껑(10)을 지지하는 맨홀 뚜껑 받침턱(201)이 형성되어 있고, 아래쪽에는 맨홀 고정대(30)를 지지하는 맨홀 고정대 지지턱(202)이 형성되어 있으며, 둘레에는 2 이상의 볼트 구멍(203)이 형성되어 있는 링(ring) 형태의 맨홀 프레임(20)과; +자형으로 이루어져 하나는 양끝이 맨홀 프레임(20)의 하부에 위치하여 맨홀 고정대 지지턱(202)에 의해 위로 들어올려지지 않도록 지지되고, 다른 하나는 양끝이 길이를 조절할 수 있도록 볼트로 되어 있어 맨홀 프레임(20)의 내주면에 밀착시키도록 되어 있는 맨홀 뚜껑 고정대(30)와; 볼트(302)에 의해 맨홀 프레임(20)에 회전자재하게 고정되어 맨홀 뚜껑(10)이 이탈하지 않도록 고정하는 것으로, 반경이 큰 쪽은 맨홀 뚜껑에 형성된 홈에 삽입되는 길이이고, 작은 쪽은 맨홀 뚜껑에 삽입되지 않는 길이인 맨홀 뚜껑 잠금키(40)를 포함하는 것으로, 맨홀 뚜껑(10)이 한편으로는 볼트에 의해 맨홀 뚜껑 고정대(30)에 고정되고, 한편으로는 맨홀 뚜껑 잠금키(40)에 의해 맨홀 프레임(20)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 맨홀 조립체.
