    • Disclosed is an apparatus for melt spinning and winding synthetic threads, comprising a spinning device (27), a treatment device (34), and a winding machine (35). The treatment device is provided with a take-off godet (14) for guiding the threads before the threads are fed and distributed to a plurality winding points (1.1 to 1.5) in the winding machine. The take-off godet (14) is disposed above the winding machine and guides the threads on the circumference such that the threads run parallel next to each other. The take-off godet is arranged transversal to a winding spindle (6.1), above the winding machine. The winding machine is equipped with a plurality of top thread guides (3.1 to 3.5) which are mounted upstream of the winding points and are located on a vertically extending feeding plane. In order to be able to guide the threads with as little friction as possible, the top thread guides of the winding points are mounted downstream of the take-off godet directly in the thread path in such a way that a maximum deflection angle of 15° is not exceeded when the threads are deflected onto the feeding plane.

The teeth moving gear unit is formed in the winding reel. Teeth of the teeth moving gear unit are elastically moved according to a change of tension of the wire rod or the board.

An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) key pad panel(40) is interlocked with the main system control unit. A jog switch box(50) is for the precise position control. A control panel(60) includes control switches for controlling a winding machine outside.
