A clip unit(110) is a 'L'-shaped clip adhered to both a cover and binding portion of a book(10). A connecting unit(120) is connected to the one end of the clip with the help of a rotating member and includes a frame rotatable at a certain angle to the clip. A bookmarking unit(130) includes a bookmarking piece. The bookmarking piece is connected to the one end of the frame so as to be inserted into arbitrary pages, and rotated at a certain angle to the frame, and able to expand foldable to a certain length. An open-keeping unit(100) is equipped with an open-fixing unit(140) for maintaining the opening state of the book. The open-fixing unit is connected to one side of the bookmarking piece in order to maintain the opening state of the arbitrary pages continuously. An open-fixing piece(142) is rotated vertically to the bookmarking piece and expanded in order for the both ends to be foldable.
