    • The present invention relates to a molybdenum carbide catalyst which is used in a process of manufacturing hydrocarbons, especially diesel class hydrocarbons, through hydrodeoxygenation reaction from bio-oil and fatty acid produced from the bio-oil; and to a manufacturing method thereof. The molybdenum carbide supported catalyst of the present invention is able to obtain hydrocarbons in high yield from organic oxygen compounds since molybdenum carbide nanoparticles with high dispersion rate are easily manufactured using supercritical fluid; is environmentally-friendly by preventing the emission of sulfur during hydrodeoxygenation reaction since sulfur compounds are not used like existing catalysts in order to maintain performance and activation processes of the catalysts as stated above; and is economical since hydrogen consumption due to water-soluble gas shift reaction or methanation reaction caused by the intense side reaction of an existing noble metal catalyst is able to be reduced. Additionally, the present invention manufactures renewable fuel without oxygen, thereby being able to solve problems caused by using existing FAME biodiesel in addition to an existing gasoline or diesel engine.
    • 本发明涉及一种碳化钼催化剂,其用于通过从生物油生产的生物油和脂肪酸的加氢脱氧反应制备烃类,特别是柴油类烃的方法; 及其制造方法。 本发明的碳化钼负载催化剂能够从有机氧化合物中获得高产率的烃,因为使用超临界流体易于制造具有高分散速率的碳化钼纳米颗粒; 通过在加氢脱氧反应中防止硫的排放是环境友好的,因为如上所述,为了保持催化剂的性能和活化方法,不像现有催化剂那样使用硫化合物; 并且由于由现有的贵金属催化剂的强烈的副反应引起的水溶性气体转换反应或甲烷化反应引起的氢消耗能够降低,因此是经济的。 此外,本发明制造无氧的可再生燃料,从而能够解决除了现有的汽油或柴油发动机之外使用现有的FAME生物柴油所引起的问题。
