    • A composition for transplantation, which contains an adipose stem cell and adipocyte is provided to control the content of transplant-cell, inject the desiring amount of the cell and minimize the cause of side effect. A semi-floating composition for transplantation comprises a transplant-cell in a physiologically-compatible buffer and semi-floating bio-derived material. The transplant-cell comprises an adipose stem cell; adipocyte; mixture of adipose stem cell and adipocyte; mixture of adipose stem cell and adipose tissue; mixture of adipose stem cell, adipocyte, and adipose tissue. The semi-floating bio-derived material comprises a mixture of elastin and hyaluronic acid, elastic and collagen, or mixture of elastic, hyaluronic acid, and collagen. The transplant-cell is the adipose stem cell, contained in 0.1-40 weight% based on the total weight. The semi-floating bio-derived material is mixture of 1-100 kDa of elastin, 200,000-400,000 of hyaluronic acid and 80-3000 kDa of collagen.

A precision pipette sucking and discharging a predetermined amount of liquid comprises: a housing(120) including an opening(121) opened partially at the center thereof, a receiving portion(123) formed at the portion facing to the opening for receiving a magnetic member, and a pipette tip mounting portion(124) formed at the bottom thereof, wherein a piston(230) and a shaft(210) connected to the piston are received into the housing; and a guide member connected to the shaft in the housing, and causing the shaft to move slidably to allow movement of the piston connected to the shaft in order to control the amount of the liquid to be sucked. In the pipette, the guide member comprises: a pressurizing knob protruding out of the opening; a hinge through which the shaft is coupled; a locking piece having a metal member to which a magnetic force is applied from the magnetic member of the shaft; and a guide piece moving along the bent surface of the housing upon the rotation of the hinge caused by the pressurization of the knob.
