CONSTITUTION: The movable band clamping apparatus for outer panel coil comprises transfer car part in which movement and table rotation are performed, banding machine main body part for performing banding, strap chute part for guiding band, and control part, wherein the transfer car part comprises a driving wheel(20) for horizontal movement, a driving motor for driving the driving wheel(20), a push up cylinder(36) for vertical movement, a rotation means of a central shaft(28) and a motor installed in the upper part of the push up cylinder(36), and a rotation table(34) connected to the rotation means, the banding machine main body part is installed in the upper part of the rotation table(34) and comprises a hydraulic cylinder for ascent and descent and strap dispenser that are installed in the upper part of the rotation table(34), a table(62) which is installed at the front end of the hydraulic cylinder for ascent and descent and equipped with a driving wheel(60), a hydraulic cylinder for a head(66) vertically installed on the table(62), a banding machine head(40) installed at the front end of the hydraulic cylinder for a head(66), and a limit switch(42) installed in front of the banding machine head(40), the strap chute part is divided into fixing and deformation parts and constructed so that the inside of the strap chute part is opened when the band is fastened on the outer circumference of the coil as a horizontally symmetrical hollow structure, the fixing part is connected to the side wall of the banding machine head(40), the inside of the fixing part is connected to the hollow part of the banding machine head(40), strap chute arm rotating hydraulic cylinder(80) is installed at the outer side of the fixing part, the deformation part is pin connected to the front end of the fixing part, the front end of the strap chute arm rotating hydraulic cylinder(80) is pin connected to the outer side of the deformation part, the deformation part comprises a limit switch(78), a rubber roller(741) and a proximity sensor(77), and the control part controls operation of the driving motor, a push up cylinder(36), a motor, a hydraulic cylinder for ascent and descent, a hydraulic cylinder for a head(66) and a strap chute arm rotating hydraulic cylinder(80) by receiving input of the limit switch(42), the proximity sensor(77) and the limit switch(78).

      2.종래의 문제점에 대한 기술적과제
      기존의 적정액투입장치는 스위칭밸브가 세라믹재질의 판두장으로 밀착되어 비벼지는 과정에서 장기간 사용시 적정액중에 이물질이 홈에 쌓여 굳으면서 스위칭밸브가 동작하지 못해 적정액이 투입되지 않아 분석작업을 할 수 없는 경우가 발생되었으며, 또 하부의 스텝모터가 과부하로 인해 고장이 나면 기어유니트가 하부판을 돌려주는 돌출부의 재질이 탄소재질이므로 마모가 쉽게 발생되었던 것이다.
      3.고안이 해결하려는 기술적과제
      자동FeO분석기의 적정용액제어장치가 세라믹스위칭밸브를 이용해 적정용액을 투입함에 따라 이물질로 인해 적정용액장치가 망가지는 것을 전자변으로 개선시킴으로써 설비의 고장빈도를 현격히 줄일 수 있게하고, 또 기존의 적정용액투입장치를 반영구적으로 개선시킴으로써 설비의 보수유지는 물론 설비의 가동율을 높이고 분석업무의 효율을 증대시키도록 하는데 있다.

CONSTITUTION: The method for controlling cooling of a hot rolled steel sheet comprises the steps of additionally installing a valve for controlling flow rate of cooling water at cooling heads(15) so as to control a flow rate of the cooling water; measuring a maximum cooling capacity of the cooling heads(15) and a cooling capacity by air, and obtaining a total cooling capacity of a cooling unit(100); setting a structure fraction and mechanical properties of a target final hot rolled steel sheet; obtaining a cooling curve showing the structure fraction and mechanical properties of a target steel sheet based on a transformation curve of the steel sheet; obtaining an air cooling initiation temperature, finishing temperature and air cooling time from the cooling curve; selecting a standard cooling curve capable of maintaining the air cooling time; obtaining a first required cooling capacity before air cooling and a third required cooling capacity after air cooling; dividing a cooling interval of the cooling unit(100) into a first cooling zone(101), a second cooling zone(102) and a third cooling zone(103); cooling the hot rolled steel sheet hot finishing rolled in a hot finishing rolling machine(1) by controlling the valve for controlling a flow rate of cooling water in the first cooling zone(101); air cooling the hot rolled steel sheet in the second cooling zone(102); cooling the air cooled hot rolled steel sheet in the third cooling zone(103); and repeating the cooling steps until the structure fraction and mechanical properties of the target final hot rolled steel sheet are obtained.
