The disclosed whipped cream maker includes: a container which has an opening on the top and a vent hole through which air comes in and out in the lower part; an elastic bag which is inserted into the container, in which cream and whipping gas are mixed and stored, and of which the volume is expanded in an elastically-restorable manner; a head which is combined to the container to open or close the opening of the container and includes a nozzle for dispensing the whipped cream generated by mixing the cream and the whipping gas to the outside; and a whipping gas supply unit which is connected to the head to supply the whipping gas to the inside of the elastic bag. Before the opening of the container is closed by the head, cream is filled inside the elastic bag while the elastic bag is contracted. After the opening of the container is closed by the head, whipping gas is injected into the head by the whipping gas supply unit and the elastic bag is expanded by the pressure of the injected whipping gas.
