    • An RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag for providing a real-time wakeup function by utilizing a communication signal having a periodic structure is provided to use the wakeup function continuously in real-time, realize a wakeup time response at an ultra high speed shorter than a preamble time, and reduce power consumption in a standby state by using an ultra low power driving circuit. A hardware filter(12) separates a frequency component having a constant and regular structure from a communication signal. The separated frequency component is operated based on an RZ(Return Zero) signal included in received data while a data packet is found. A discriminator(15) and a control switch(16) are operated whether a signal passing the filter and having a predetermined frequency is found. Stability and modulation/demodulation efficiency are improved by implementing an intelligent function for discriminating noise from the signal passing the discriminator/control switch in a main RFID tag circuit(17). Power consumption is minimized by applying the signal passing the discriminator/control switch to a switch of a battery(18).

The authentication inspector acknowledges the public key and selects an arbitrary integer if the signature is valid. The applicant selects plural integers including integers related to the selected integer and calculates the braids of the braid group or the braid sub-groups by using the integers, the secret keys, and the public key. The applicant transmits the information including the braids and calculation values of fundamental braids. The authentication inspector decides the authentication by using the braid group, the braids, the information, and the public key.

The voltage from the charger(2) is accurately controlled according to a controlling operation of the feedback controller(3) which is supplied with the feedback detection voltage from the diodes(D1,D2). It is preferable that voltage sensing points of the resistances(R1,R2) are distanced from the charger(2) for correct detection.
