    • PURPOSE: A valve device is provided to increase the sealing ability of a part where a main valve and a valve seat member are met by forming the meeting part with resin or rubber. CONSTITUTION: A valve device(1) comprises a cylinder(2), a main valve(3), a pressing unit(10), a first fluid path(6), a second fluid path(7), a valve seat member(9), a third fluid path(8), and an actuating valve(13). The cylinder has an internal air space. The main valve divides the internal air space into a first air space(4) and a second air space(5), and has an orifice hole(11) which connects the first and second air spaces. The pressing unit presses the main valve from the first air space to the second air space along the sliding direction of the main valve. The first fluid path is connected to the second air space. The second fluid path is connected to the second air space. The valve seat member prevents fluid from flowing between the first and second fluid paths in a state where the main valve is met with the valve seat member.

The ribs are separated from each other while external force is not actuated on the cover. The cup-side rib and cover-side rib are touched by the elastic deformation of the cover while the external force is actuated.
