    • A single cable for a gas welding machine and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a physical friction between a power train line and a control line by installing a pair of control lines between a gas transfer pipe and an inner insulation pipe. A gas transfer path is formed in a gas transfer pipe(10). A pair of control lines(20) is parallel arranged in an outer surface of the gas transfer pipe. A pair of control lines is made of conductor having a rectangular section. An inner insulation pipe(30) is coated in the outer surface of the gas transfer pipe in order to surround a pair of control lines. The inner insulation pipe is made of thermoplastic resin. A power train line(40) surrounds an outer surface of the inner insulation pipe. A shielding tape(50) surrounds an outer surface of the power train line. An outer insulation pipe(60) is coated in an outer surface of the shielding tape.

    • PURPOSE: A cable of a gas welding device and a connector connecting the same are provided to variously regulate a distance according to a welding position by using the connector formed on the cable, thereby improving convenience. CONSTITUTION: A wire unit(10) transmits electricity. An inner cladding of a cylindrical form is formed to be spaced from the outer circumference of the wire unit. An outer cladding of the cylindrical form is formed to be spaced from the outer circumference of the inner cladding. One of the inner and outer claddings is made of a rubber material. An operation wire(40) is arranged in between the inner and outer claddings, thereby transmitting electrical signals.
