The runner is mounted on a tundish frame (100), and ejects a molten steel inside the tundish frame. The nozzle is arranged in a lower part of the runner, and sprays a molten steel ejected through the runner to an outside. The cylinder member is combined in the tundish frame at a regular gap, and has a cylinder rod capable of move to a top and bottom direction. The supporting unit supports the nozzle when a cylinder rod is moved to upward and contracted, and is separated from the nozzle when the cylinder rod is moved to downward and extended.
