摘要： PURPOSE: An automatic glue gap control apparatus of a corrugated cardboard manufacturing machine and a method thereof are provided to improve the quality of corrugated cardboards by automatically controlling a glue gap according to the manufacturing speed of the corrugated cardboards. CONSTITUTION: An automatic glue gap control apparatus of a corrugated cardboard manufacturing machine comprises a key input unit(210), a doctor roller sensor(220), a forward speed sensing unit(250), a doctor roller drive unit(280), and a control unit. The glue gap mode is inputted into the key input unit. The glue gap mode is preset up according to the property of desirable target temperature, corrugating medium paper, and liner paper. The doctor roller sensor senses the glue gap between the doctor roller and the sizing roller. The forward speed sensing unit senses the advance rate of the corrugated cardboard. The doctor roller drive unit adjusts the glue gap of the doctor roller on the sizing roller. According to the advance rate of the corrugated cardboard, the control unit controls the doctor roller drive unit to adjust the glue gap automatically.
