    • PURPOSE: A ceramics sintering apparatus is provided to manufacture various ceramics sintered body by forming a sintering furnace based on a lower sintering chamber and an upper sintering chamber and implementing a sintering process with high temperature differences. CONSTITUTION: A sintering furnace(10) is composed of a lower sintering chamber, an upper sintering chamber, and an opening and closing door(20). Sintering body is elevated to the lower sintering chamber or the upper sintering chamber using a lifting unit. A supporting frame supports the sintering furnace and the lifting unit. An introducing hole is formed at the lower side of the lower sintering chamber. The upper sintering chamber is in connection with the lower sintering chamber, and the opening and closing doors opens and closes the connected part of the upper sintering chamber and the lower sintering chamber.

    • PURPOSE: A ceramic substrate firing apparatus and a ceramic substrate calcinating method using thereof are provided to plasticize large sized ceramic substrate without bending by using ceramic supports and pressing plates.
