본 고안에 따른 전기그릴은 본체(10)가 바닥판(11)과 상기 바닥판(11)의 양측에서 상향돌출된 한쌍의 지지부(12)로 구성되고, 열을 발생시키는 가열판(20)은 상기 바닥판(11)에서 상측으로 이격되도록 양단이 상기 지지부(12)에 고정 결합되므로, 가열판(20)이 외부로 노출되어 세척이 매우 용이하며, 구이기(30)와 받침대(40)를 교대로 설치하여 구이기(30)로 고기나 생선 등을 굽거나 받침대(40)에 남비나 후라이팬 등과 같은 다양한 조리용기(A)를 올려 전골 요리를 하는 등 다양한 요리를 할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 특히, 상기 구이판(31)은 구이부(31a) 가운데에 개구부(31c)와 가이드(31d)가 형성되고, 구이판(31)에 결합되는 뚜껑(32)의 하부에는 개구부(31c)를 통해 올라온 열을 하측으로 전달하는 반사판(32b)이 구비되어, 구이판(31)에 올려진 음식물의 상하부면을 동시에 가열하여 조리를 할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 상기 지지부(12)의 인접면의 둘레부에는 구이판(31) 또는 받침대(40)의 단부가 걸쳐지는 단차부(12a)가 오목하게 형성되므로, 구이판(31)이나 받침대(40)가 본체(10)에 안정적으로 결합되어 요리중에 구이판(31)이나 받침대(40)가 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
