    • The present invention relates to a system for maintaining a wind power generation facility. More specifically, the invention is to freely move various parts in a nacelle by a compact structure during the maintenance of the wind power generation facility, and to safely lift down the parts to be replaced by the nacelle using a winch with automatic and manual methods by electric signals even in an emergency situation caused by blackout. The invention comprises a tower installed on the ground at a certain height to convert kinetic energy by wind into mechanical energy and convert the mechanical energy into electric energy; the nacelle installed at the upper part of the tower; a blade rotated by wind power at the front of the nacelle; the winch used as a moving unit for maintaining the wind power generation facility; and a cart unit which includes a pulley rotating in the nacelle to move in the longitudinal direction of the nacelle. The invention is to break a rotary force by a braking unit equipped in the winch without additional power sources even in the emergency situation such as the blackout as the pulley is connected to a rope of the winch.

CONSTITUTION: A shaft fixing unit for wind power generation comprises a pair of lower support members, a plurality of connecting support members, a flange support member(130), a body support member, a first fixing member, and a second fixing member(160). The body support member is installed at the back of the lower support member. The first fixing member is protruded from the lower support member, and fixes a fixing belt. The second fixing member is protruded from the flange support member, and fixes the fixing belt. The lower support members, the connecting support members, the flange support member, and the body support member are made of steel materials.
