摘要： A wall, door or window element is provided to improve the stability of a frame during assembly of the frame by attaching a panel to the exterior of the profile without using a fastener like screw. A wall, door or window element includes a multipurpose frame(10) consisting of support profiles(11) and transverse profiles. The transverse profiles are arranged between the support profiles and contact with each other in the bottom and top sections of the support profile so that the sections are connected. An adhesive and an adhesive strip or tape(17) are attached to a glass panel(15) and the glass panel is installed in the contact surface(16) of the profiles to be connected to the frame. A stabilization plate is inserted in a guide groove(23) formed on the profile in order to align the adjacent profiles.
