    • PURPOSE: Luminous traditional Korean paper and manufacturing method thereof are provided to glow light with specific patterns by glowing light through protective layer reflected from a luster layer and forming specific patterns at home or through tube from the protective layer. CONSTITUTION: Luminous traditional Korean paper with glittering surface comprises the following steps: The basic layer(11) of Korean traditional paper processed by paper mulberry and luminous layer(12) of brightener, the mix of water and luminous pigment, on the top of the basic layer; and protecting layer(13) luminous based on the pattern on the surface formed by paper mulberry processed Korean traditional paper with addition of luminous layer with different thickness region and different pattern(P). The pattern comprises the multiple groove of protecting layer, several through tube(13b) of protecting layer, or groove and through tube formed on the protecting layer. As the protecting layer pressurized to form lamination, either luminous pigment is stuck in the lower part of the groove, luminous pigment filled in the through tube, or luminous pigment is stuck in the lower part of the groove and filled in the through tube.

    • PURPOSE: Manufacturing method for an absorption layer using crop fibers is provided to manufacture a sanitary napkin by using easily attainable materials near our environment from underdeveloped countries where it is hard to purchase the expensive sanitary napkins. CONSTITUTION: An absorption layer for sanitary napkin using crop fibers comprises the steps of: producing dried powder by grinding fiber crops' cob; mixing dried power dissolved in water and waste paper; drying the mixture from the above step in the mold; softening the dried mixture from the above step by passing it through two rollers. The fiber crop is papyrus. The recycled paper is white. The manufacturing method includes the 5th step of trimming the edge of the absorption layer from the previous step. A sanitary napkin containing an absorption layer for sanitary napkin using fiber crop comprises the steps of: providing continuous projected patterns of partition by forming links at the ends of each sanitary napkins; 1st step of preparing a mold for an inner part of a sanitary napkin of an absorption layer to have fixed shape to provide partition; 2nd step of wrapping the absorption layer using fiber crop by using non-woven fabric with organism resolvability; and 3rd step of placing the absorption layer wrapped with non-woven fabric on the top of the mold, and removing germs on the non-woven fabric by heat and pressure treatment simultaneously with forming a linkage and an absorbent.

    • PURPOSE: A rice husk friber and a rice husk fiber paper using the same are provided to ensure relatively thickness of the paper due to air gap and to reduce drying energy during production process. CONSTITUTION: A rice husk paper of high bulk contains 1-50 wt% of rice husk fiber having cylindrical fiber and fiber of sawdust. The rice bran fiber is prepared by digesting rice husks or straw to separate digested liquid and residue, isolating silica from the isolated digested liquid; and obtaining fiber powder. The rice husk is treated with 150-200 g/m^3 of ozone after acetic acid treatment. The rice husk fiber has chemical composition containing 65-75% of carbon, 25-30% of oxygen, 0.1-0.5% of silicon, and 0.3-1% of calcium.
