摘要： PURPOSE: A double-layered blind textile with blackout function and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve blackout functions without forming a pin hole due to sewing, and to maximize productivity of the blind textile. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of double-layered blind textile with blackout function includes the following steps: consecutively supplying a weft thread between warp threads on an opaque part(13); weaving one or more blackout layers; continuously supplying a surface layer thread consisting of a surface layer(12) to the outside of the blackout layer. Each process is repeated and the blackout layers are surrounded by the surface layer threads.

摘要： Blind fabric made of textile, a manufacturing method of the blind fabric, and a blind using the same are provided to screen sunshine minutely by using an adjusting unit and a winding unit. Blind fabric comprises a net part(11) of mesh structure and a plurality of band-shape sunshine shielding parts(12). A fixed end(12') is formed according to an edge part of a longitudinal direction of the sunshine shielding part. A contact-type usage line(13) passes through the fixed end of the sunshine shielding part freely. The contact-type usage line is formed vertically on the longitudinal direction of the light shielding part. The contact-type usage line is pulled to fold the sunshine shielding part.

摘要： A shutter is provided to smoothly open and close the shutter even when the curvature of a guide rail is varied along the sliding direction of an opening and closing panel for the shutter. A shutter is composed of an opening and closing panel(10) for the shutter freely connecting a plurality of belt plate-shaped plates(1) by hinge members(2) and a pair of guide rails(4) formed with guide grooves which slidably hold both end edges of the shutter panel. By using the hinge members which connect the adjacent plates to each other to bend the plates only in a direction in which a curvature becomes greater than a minimum curvature portion of the guide groove smoothly opens and closes the shutter.
