    • A continuous hydrogen furnace system for reducing or suppressing dangerousness of explosion generated when hydrogen comes in contact with the oxygen contained in the external air by isolating a hydrogen atmosphere within a furnace core pipe from oxygen contained in external air more reliably, and a heat treatment method using the continuous hydrogen furnace system are provided. In a continuous hydrogen furnace system in which an inlet area(I), a heating area(H) and an outlet area(O) are continuously disposed along a pipeline(10) comprising an inlet pipe(12), a furnace core pipe(14) and an outlet pipe(16), the continuous hydrogen furnace system comprises: a transfer unit(20) for transferring a treatment object through the pipeline; a heating unit(50) formed on the periphery of the furnace core pipe to heat the treatment object transferred into the furnace core pipe; a gas supply unit(60) for blowing hydrogen gas into the pipeline to create a hydrogen atmosphere within the pipeline; and gas curtain units(70a,70b) for forming a gas curtain in the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe to isolate the hydrogen atmosphere within the pipeline from oxygen of the outer side of the pipeline.

    • PURPOSE: A device for thermally treating a chain-saw connecting pin is provided to extend the lifetime since the outer diameter part of a chain-saw connector, on which friction occurs most frequently, using a heat treating unit. CONSTITUTION: A device for thermally treating a chain-saw connecting pin comprises a vibrating hopper(10), a discharging rail(12), a supply unit(A), a slider(30), a vertical cylinder, a transfer unit(B) and a heat treating unit(C). The vibrating hopper stores chain-saw connecting pins(100). The discharging rail discharges the stored chain-saw connecting pins in a row. The supply unit moves back and forth by the operation of a cylinder(16). The slider is slid to the left and right. The transfer unit comprises a pair of jigs(38,40) and transfers the chain-saw connecting pins. The heat treating unit thermally heats the outer diameter part of the chain-saw connector of the chain-saw connecting pin.
