摘要： A material composition for play or modelling purposes comprises a particulate material (2) and a binder (3) which is disposed as thin layers on the particles. The binder includes a hydroxy-terminated polymer cross-linked by a boron compound, in particular a silicon oil. According to the present invention, the concentration of particles (2) is 90-98 vol% of the finished composition. A method for producing the material composition comprises the steps that the particles (2) are placed in a mixer, that the hydroxyl-terminated polymer, in particular silicon oil, is added and distributed as thin layers on the surfaces of the particles and that thereafter a boron-containing cross-linking agent is added in solution and mixed so that a cross-linking of the polymer takes place and the viscosity increases.

摘要： PURPOSE: Provided is a lightweight aggregate composition with high mechanical strength, low water absorption and low production costs by using one or more of wastes such as coal ash, electric arc furnace(EAF) dust, steelmaking slag, etc. CONSTITUTION: The lightweight aggregate composition comprises 3-62pts.wt. of clay, and two or more of wastes selected from 3-2pts.wt. of EAF dust, 5-35pts.wt. of coal ash, 15-55pts.wt. of stone powder, 5-45pts.wt. of sewage sludge ash, and optionally 5-35pts.wt. of red mud or 3-17pts.wt. of aluminum dross generated in production of Al(OH)3. The wastes like EAF dust, steelmaking slag and red mud form liquid phase at the sintering temperature and generate O2 gas, and the other wastes like coal ash, sewage sludge ash and aluminum dross promotes formation of O2 gas, resulting in lightweight aggregates.

摘要： Provided is a composition for solidifying ground which is reduced in the using amount of cement, is lowered in water content and is improved in strength by using the industrial waste. The composition for solidifying ground comprises 10-20 wt% of reject fly ash; 5-15 wt% of paper sludge incinerated ash; 5-15 wt% of recycled anhydrous gypsum; and the balance of common cement. The recycled anhydrous gypsum is obtained by dehydrating the by-product generated from the process for manufacturing a phosphoric acid fertilizer or the gypsum dihydrate generated from the adsorption of a lime powder and sulfuric acid.

摘要： 제지공정에서 폐수처리후 발생되는 펄프슬러지를 소각하여 생긴 펄프슬러지애쉬에 산성기를 갖는 개질된 규산소다를 가하여 별도의 소성 소결공정을 수행하지 않고도 1시간 이내 신속한 경화를 얻을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 폴리머에멀젼이 첨가되어 우수한 강도와 내수성을 갖는 조성물을 획득하고 여기에 골재, 경량골재를 포함하는 건축자재 제조용 펄프슬러지애쉬 조성물이 개시되어 있다. 상기 개질된 규산소다는 규산소다에 산성용액을 가하여 내수성을 개질시킨 것으로, 상기 산성수용액으로는 황산소다, 황산동, 황산알루미늄, 황산마그네슘, 크롬명반, 황산 수용액등이며, 폴리머에멀젼으로는 라텍스, 실리콘오일, 아라비아검, 아크릴, 에폭시등이 사용될 수 있다. 이러한 조성물은 생산이 용이하고 매우 경제적인 조성물을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 폐자원 재자원화및 환경보호에 기여할 수가 있다.
