    • A cold storage building according to the present invention includes a concrete foundation unit; a protective mortar layer spread on the concrete foundation unit; a drain board formed on the protective mortar layer; a plain concrete layer formed on the top of the drain board; a heat reserving board formed on the plain concrete layer; and a surface reinforcing material formed on the top of the heat reserving board. Therefore, the present invention is provided to prevent dew condensation caused by the temperature difference between the cold storage and the outside of an insulating material by forming an air current or an air layer through the installation of the drain board and to improve insulating performance by preventing dew condensation, cracks on a structure, a water leakage, and a thermal bridge phenomenon of the cold storage.
