The rectangular rolling body has four walls for mounting cores while being disposed on a base(10) of an injection molding machine in the horizontal direction. The lower cores are mounted on the center portions of the four walls and used to mold a primary product constituting an external appearance of a dual product. The first and second movable mold plates are vertically installed to face each other while interposing the rectangular rolling body therebetween.

    • PURPOSE: A tube head molding machine is provided to enhance productivity by automating processes until inserting a tube head. CONSTITUTION: A machine for molding a tube head contains a tube loading supply unit(11) transferring an original tube to a transfer conveyor, a frame unit(12) separated from the tube loading supply unit, and an index unit(13) rotated by a controller(121) by 90 degrees. A draft unit(14) and an index tube supply unit(15) are installed in the frame unit to press and insert the original tube with vacuum suction. While the original tube in the index unit is rotated in 90 degrees, an inject molding unit(16) advances with the signal of a controller and molds a head to form a head tube. When the head goes back after molded, a head nozzle cutting unit(17) cuts the nozzle of the head. Then, the head tube is separated from the index unit by a product removal unit(18).
