    • An interior panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to give the interior panel noise absorption and heat-insulation effects using a soft material. A manufacturing method of interior panel is as follows. A PVC sheet is attached to the top surface of a polyurethane foam board to form a substrate(S1). Silicon oil is coated on the substrate surface and dried at 25~30‹C(S2). The substrate with silicon oil is molded while applying heat and pressure to a mold(S3). The substrate is separated from the mold(S4). The substrate is cut to form a panel(S7). In the foaming step, the temperature of the upper mold is lower than the lower mold.
