    • PURPOSE: A round disc sander is provided to facilitate the rounding, a round milling, and surface grinding, and to set an angle between two sides at a time. CONSTITUTION: A round disc sander comprises a body(1), a dust collecting unit, a surface plate, a turning control unit, an angle adjusting unit(5), an encoder(6), a grinding unit, and a controller(8). A dust collection container is installed on the body. The dust collecting unit sucks the dust collected in the dust collection container. The turning control unit controls the surface plate by fastening or unfastening. The angle adjusting unit is inserted into the insertion groove(31) of the surface plate, and moves from side to side. The angle adjusting unit supports work pieces at a desired angle. The encoder outputs a signal about the rotary angle of the surface plate. A sandpaper(71) is attached to the front side of the grinding unit, and the grinding unit is operated by a motor(9). The controller controls the dust collecting unit and motor, and determines the signal from the encoder.

    • PURPOSE: A pneumatic orbital sander is provided to maximize efficiency since a pneumatic motor is directly connected to a rotating unit and thus the force of the pneumatic motor is transferred directly to the rotating unit. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic orbital sander consists of a rotary disc, a flexible hose(5), a connector(7), a hollow pipe(8) and fitting(9). The rotary disc receives power from a reducer(2) and a pneumatic motor(3) to rotate. One end of the flexible hose is connected to an upper side eccentric from the center of a dust cover(1). The flexible hose sucks dust flowing into through a plurality of dust collecting holes of the rotary disc. An air hose(6) is connected to one end of the connector. The air hose is inserted to the inner end of the hollow pipe. The fitting fixes the air hose to the end of the hollow pipe. The fitting discharges dust discharged through the hollow pipe.
