    • The present invention relates to a spray nozzle system using a mask and a method for fabricating a touchscreen using the same. The spray nozzle system using a mask includes: a spray nozzle which discharges ink primarily atomized by collision with a gas; a substrate which is opposite to the spray nozzle, and onto which the ink discharged from the spray nozzle is shot; a mask which is arranged between the spray nozzle and the substrate and includes through parts on a moving path of the ink such that the ink discharged from the spray nozzle can pass through to be shot to the substrate; and a voltage apply unit which applies voltage to the spray nozzle such that the ink discharged from the spray nozzle can include electric charges, and which secondarily atomizes the ink discharged from the spray nozzle by generating an electric field between the substrate and the spray nozzle by the voltage applied to the spray nozzle. Therefore, the spray nozzle system using a mask can uniformly atomize ink to a fine size and can shot the atomized ink to the substrate accurately.

The lower roller guides the steel sheet. The support is combined with both end parts of the shift of the lower roller and forms a guiding space at the upper part of the lower roller. The block combines the shaft of the upper roller and slidingly combines with the guiding space of the support. The elevating cylinder vertically combines a rod to the upper part of the block and is fixed to the upper part of the support. The indicator and the scale are respectively installed on the lateral upper parts of the block and the support.

The cleaner eliminates the impurities from the discharging hole. The camera photographs the cleaning state of the cleaner.
