    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing hydrodesulfurization catalyst using sol-gel process is provided to obtain high dispersion degree of active metal and greatly increase content of the active metal by preparing cobalt-molybdenum-alumina composite gel and manufacturing the hydrodesulfurization catalyst using the composite gel. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a step (a) of preparing a solution in the sol state by dissolving aluminum salt into water; a step (b) of dissolving the metal salts into the sol solution by sequentially adding metal salt of group VIII and metal salt of group VIB on the periodic table to an aluminum sol solution of the step (a); a step (c) of preparing a composite gel by adding epoxide to the sol solution of the step (b); a step (d) of aging the composite gel of the step (c); a step (e) of compression molding the moisture content reduced composite gel after passing the composite gel aged in the step (d) through the dehydration process, thereby reducing moisture content of the aged composite gel; and a step (f) of manufacturing the hydrodesulfurization catalyst in the composite oxide state by drying and firing the molded body of the step (e).
    • 目的:提供使用溶胶 - 凝胶法制备加氢脱硫催化剂的方法,通过制备钴 - 钼 - 氧化铝复合凝胶并使用复合凝胶制备加氢脱硫催化剂,获得高分散度的活性金属,大大提高了活性金属的含量。 方案:该方法包括通过将铝盐溶解在水中制备溶胶状溶液的步骤(a) 通过在周期表上依次加入第VIII族金属盐和VIB族金属盐至步骤(a)的铝溶胶溶液将金属盐溶解到溶胶溶液中的步骤(b); 步骤(c)通过向所述步骤(b)的溶胶溶液中加入环氧化物制备复合凝胶; 步骤(d)使步骤(c)的复合凝胶老化; 在步骤(d)中老化的复合凝胶通过脱水处理之后,对含水分减少的复合凝胶进行压缩成型,从而降低老化复合凝胶的含水量的步骤(e) 以及通过干燥和烧成步骤(e)的成型体来制造复合氧化物状态的加氢脱硫催化剂的步骤(f)。
