摘要： PURPOSE: A filter head, and a filter assembly and a water treatment device comprising the same are provided to extend the lifetime of a filter by passing a portion of fluid through a bypass channel even when all the fluid does not passes through the filter head. CONSTITUTION: A filter head comprises an inlet passage(130), an outflow passage(170), a filter inlet port(120), an outlet port(121), and a bypass channel(160). The inlet passage is connected to an inlet unit(110). The outflow passage is connected to an outlet unit(111). The filter inlet port is connected to the inlet passage, and when installing the filter(200), the inlet port of filter(210) is connected to flow fluid entered from the inlet unit into a filter. The filter outlet port is connected to the outflow passage, and when installing the filter, the outflow port of filter(220) is connected to outflow the fluid to the outlet unit after passing through the filter. The bypass channel is connected with the inlet passage and the outflow passage, and the rest of the fluid entered through the inlet port passes through the filter and outflows through the outlet unit.

The full-flow filter is supported by a large spring(107) at a full-flow gasket(104) near an installing flange including screw teeth at a tapping panel(106) of the canister. The bypass filter is supported by a small spring(108) at the bypass gasket. The coaxial full-flow and bypass oil filter apparatus utilizes a non-Venturi method to move a portion of the oil through the bypass filter from the full-flow filter.

摘要： Disclosed is a fluid supplying manifold having multiple ports. The manifold has an inlet device for fluid inflow and an outlet device for fluid outflow. The inlet and outlet devices include first and second valve assemblies, respectively. A solenoid of the first valve assembly is turn on/off in response to a control signal from a controller. The outlet device is provided with a chamber. The second valve assembly includes an electromagnetic valve, and a sealing block is disposed in the chamber. The sealing block is defined with a pair of guide holes which extend in a longitudinal direction and a T-shaped flow passage. A flow path switchover member functions to divert fluid flowing through the chamber into a first or second outlet port. The flow path switchover member includes a hollow cylindrical body, a pair of bars, a pair of holes and a stopcock. A spring is placed between the flow path switchover member and a bottom surface of the chamber. When a solenoid of the second valve assembly is in an OFF state, the spring supports the sealing block and the flow path switchover member to block the flow passage. When the solenoid is in an ON state, the flow passage is opened.
