    • PURPOSE: A fuel cell stack structure is provided to obtain excellent electric conductivity through a contact part of two metal separators without separate conductive coating. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell stack structure comprises a coating removal part which is formed on a cooling side(3) where metal separators(1) face each other. A passive state film on the coating removal part is removed for obtaining electric conductivity. The coating removal part is only formed on the contact side(7) where the cooling side face each other and on the residual part, the passive state film is maintained. The opposite side of the cooing side is surface-treated by a conductive material. The coating removal part(5) is assembled in a pressurized and contacted state while touching to a coating removal part formed on the cooling side of a neighboring metal separator.
