    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for providing near field communication for a mobile device is provided to minimize the power consumption of a mobile terminal for a non-contact service by providing the non-contact service only through one near field communication device of a chip or an IC card type. CONSTITUTION: A USB signal processing unit (100) converts signals of a mobile terminal into processible information in a central processing unit (108). The USB signal processing unit converts the value offered from the central processing unit into signals to be transmitted to a USB interface. An analog signal processing unit (102) converts analog signals from external devices into digital signals. The analog signal processing unit converts digital signals from the central processing unit into analog signals and transmits the signals to an antenna. A non-contact digital signal processing unit (104) converts the processed value in the central processing device unit into digital signals and transmits signals. A reset signal control unit (106) generates a system reset signal in response to a non-contact reset signal generated from the analog signal processing unit.     • PURPOSE: A video streaming scheduling method and an apparatus thereof are provided, which offer the video streaming scheduling in consideration of the network performance and media attribute at the same time by using the selective extraction and control of packet. CONSTITUTION: A video streaming server(1000) constitutes a sub scheduling window through the media attribute through the characteristic analysis of the network performance and video streaming packet according to available bandwidth of IP(Internet Protocol) based wire/wireless networks(2000). A client terminal(3000) distinguishes the media attribute of the received video streaming packet. According to the determined media characteristic, the client terminal transmits the retransmission request feedback message to the video streaming server.

    • PURPOSE: An RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) and a method for operating the same are provided to configure a special logic circuit that processes signals to control the operations of an RFID. CONSTITUTION: An RFID comprises an antenna(100), an analog signal processing part(110), a digital signal processing part(120), and a logic operation part(130). The antenna(100) transmits and receives signals with an external devices. The analog signal processing part(110) converts an analog signal, received to the antenna(100), into a digital signal. Also the analog signal processing part(110) converts a digital signal to be transmitted to the external device into an analog signal and transmits it to the antenna(100). The digital signal processing part(120) receives a digital signal from the analog signal processing part(110), demodulates the received signal, and detects an SOF(Start Of Frame) signal and an EOF(End Of Frame) signal. The logic operation part(130) comprises a memory unit and a logic processing unit to process the data transmitted and received with the external device.
