    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a nanoparticle is provided to provide a lll-V group compound core or a core/shell nanoparticle of which the half-value breadth of the emission spectrum is 50 nm or less. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nanoparticle comprises a step of growing InP core nanoparticles by mixing a first solution which includes an indium salt precursor, an acetate component, and a surfactant, and is at 180-220 °C, and a second solution which includes a phosphine precursor and is at 20-30 °C, to grow an InP core nanoparticles; a step of decreasing the temperature of the mixed solution to 100-170°C by -2°C or more per second in order to suppress the growth of an InP core nanoparticle; and a step of maintaining or etching the size of the InP core nanoparticle.
