    • PURPOSE: A method for controlling temperature at a spraying mold manufacturing process are provided to manufacture large spraying mold by using heating element of a holder as the heating source of the metal sprayed layer. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling temperature at a spraying mold manufacturing process comprises: a step of manufacturing a spraying pattern(101) capable of forming a metal sprayed layer by processing the opposite shape of the spraying mold wanting to manufacture; a step of preheating the spraying pattern and regularly keeping the temperature of the spraying pattern; a step of spraying the metal to be used as a spraying mold in the spraying pattern; a step of forming the metal sprayed layer with a prescribed thickness; and a step of dividing the metal sprayed layer from the spraying pattern and forming the spraying mold.

    • An arc spraying gun having a second gas nozzle is provided to prevent oxide inclusions of coating materials by blocking the inflow of oxygen of the surrounding air into a metal stream by forming an inert gas screen around the metal stream. The arc spraying gun(10) is composed of a first gas nozzle(13) having a first gas spraying port(14) in the center; a gas sprayer(12) installed in the first gas nozzle to spray first gas through the first gas spraying port; metal wires(11) installed at both sides of the gas sprayer to generate arc near the first gas spraying port; a second gas nozzle(16) formed around the first gas nozzle; and a second gas spraying port(17) formed at the second gas nozzle along the periphery of the first gas spraying port to spray second gas to form a gas stream(18) along the periphery of a metal stream(15) jetted through the first gas spraying port. Pressure of the second gas jetted through the second gas spraying port is one or two times as strong as the pressure of the first gas ejected from the first gas spraying port.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for perfect combustion of exhaust gas of direct fired furnace is provided to prevent environmental pollution by perfectly burning exhaust gas emitted from the direct fired furnace so that perfectly burnt exhaust gas is emitted into the air. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a waste heating furnace(10) which is connected to the direct fired furnace so that exhaust gas emitted from the direct fired furnace(12) is introduced into the waste heating furnace; an air inlet part(20) for supplying air into the waste heating furnace to perfectly burn the exhaust gas introduced into the waste heating furnace; an ignition part(30) installed inside the waste heating furnace to ignite exhaust gas inside the waste heating furnace; and a control means for controlling the air inlet part so that the exhaust gas introduced into the waste heating furnace is perfectly burnt, wherein the air inlet part comprises an air pipe(22) on which a plurality of nozzles(22a) are formed, an air inlet pipe(24), an air valve(26) and a flow control valve(28), wherein the control means comprises carbon monoxide analyzer, oxygen compensation analyzer, temperature sensor and control panel, and wherein the control means further comprises purge means comprising purge air inlet pipes(50), and purge valves(52).
