The heat exchange unit includes: a fan as an air feeding part sucking outdoor air; a thermoelectric element unit including the thermoelectric element and a heat radiation plate; and a controller controlling the air feeding part and the thermoelectric element unit, wherein the thermoelectric element converts the air sucked in the air feeding part into the cold air or the hot air.
