摘要： Provided is a hot/cold mat using a thermoelectric element, wherein the hot/cold mat allows the generation of electromagnetic waves to be restrained, allows temperature for cooling and heating to be precisely controlled, allows parts to be cooled and heated to be freely determined depending on the positions thereof, and allows the cooling and the heating to be switched into each other within a short time. The hot/cold mat comprises: a mat case in which a flow path is buried; and a heat exchange unit connected to the flow path of the mat case and feeding cold air or hot air. The heat exchange unit includes: a fan as an air feeding part sucking outdoor air; a thermoelectric element unit including the thermoelectric element and a heat radiation plate; and a controller controlling the air feeding part and the thermoelectric element unit, wherein the thermoelectric element converts the air sucked in the air feeding part into the cold air or the hot air.
