    • A tuner is provided to remove harmonics in the received RF signal by including a tunable filter comprised of a passive filter. A low noise amplifier(110) amplifies the received RF(Radio Frequency) signal with the low noise. A tunable filter(130) filters the output signal of the low frequency amplifier by varying the central frequency according to a channel control signal. A local oscillator generates a local oscillation signal with a plurality of phases of the same frequency according to the channel control signal. A mixer generates an IF(Intermediate Frequency) signal of an I(In-phase) channel and a Q(Quadrature-phase) channel by mixing the output signals of the tunable filter and the local oscillator. An RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indicator)(120) detects the intensity of the output signal of the low noise amplifier and controls the amplification gain of the low noise amplifier according to the detected intensity.

    • An RF(Radio Frequency) signal transceiving device and an RF signal transceiving method are provided to reduce size of a chip as realizing output power consumption, and to accomplish good wireless communication performance as being used to various wireless communication methods, then to transceive RF signals by processing baseband signals or IF(Intermediate Frequency) band signals in a duplex way. A bidirectional mixer(300) receives an oscillation signal from an oscillator(210), and simultaneously converts RF band signals and IF band or baseband signals into mutual bands, respectively. A signal transmitter(500) processes transmission signals to output the IF band or baseband signals to the mixer(300). A signal receiver(400) receives the IF band or baseband signals to process the received signals.

    • A buffer is provided to obtain a high voltage gain and reduction of noise characteristics in comparison with a conventional method by inputting input signals to a common source amplifying unit and a source follower. A buffer includes a common source amplifying unit(110) and a source follower(120). The common source amplifying unit receives an input signal together with a bias voltage. The input signal is inputted to the source follower through a capacitor unit(130) and a phase inversion unit(140). The source follower has an output terminal which is common with the common source amplifying unit. The common source amplifying unit and the source follower includes a differential structure having two inputs and two outputs.
