    • PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell is provided to maximize a light absorption rate and to minimize reflectance of incident light from the outside by forming an uneven part on not only the upper surface of a front electrode but also on a photoelectric conversion unit. CONSTITUTION: A front electrode(110) is arranged on the rear of a substrate(100). A rear electrode is arranged on the rear of the front electrode. The rear electrode includes a rear reflection layer(130) and a metal layer(140). The rear reflection layer reflects light which is not absorbed in a photoelectric conversion unit to the photoelectric conversion unit again. The photoelectric conversion unit is arranged between the front electrode and the rear electrode. One of the front electrode and the rear electrode includes a light transmissive film.

    • PURPOSE: A thin film type solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase generation efficiency by preventing the formation of an unnecessary current path. CONSTITUTION: In a thin film type solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof, a substrate(110) includes a generation region(A1) and an edge region(A2) which is divided by an insulating area(A3). A plurality of thin film solar cells(C1,C2,C3) are located in the generation region. The thin film solar cell includes a transparent electrode(120), a silicon generation layer(130), and a rear electrode(150). A rear electrode is electrically connected to the transparent electrode of an adjacent thin film solar cell. The side of the rear electrode of an outermost thin film solar cell is corresponded to the side of a silicon power generation layer.
