CONSTITUTION: Initial information including present position information and destination information is transmitted to an information center through a mobile network(S110). Then, a travelling route of a moving vehicle and a map are searched(S120), thereby creating and transmitting route guide data and map data(S130). Then, it is determined whether the moving vehicle is positioned in a start point of the travelling route(S140). If the moving vehicle is positioned in the start point of the travelling route, the map is displayed(S150). If the moving vehicle is not positioned in the start point of the travelling route, route entrance guide data is created and transmitted(S170).
