    • The present invention relates to a method for inhibiting cell aging and more particularly, to a method for inhibiting cell aging by inhibiting miRNA-141 to increase ZMPSTE24 expression in cells, and a method for cell proliferation. The method for inhibiting cell aging and the method for cell proliferation according to the present invention can solve the problem in that, as subculture is performed, the cell aging proceeds at a high rate, thereby sharply reducing cell division. Therefore, adult stem cells retaining differentiation potency and cell regenerating capability can be maintained for a long time, so that more cells usable for cell therapy agents or studies can be secured. Further, the aging process can be established more specifically by establishing the cause of the decrease in the number of in vivo stem cells in the aging procedures of humans and animals.
