    • The present invention relates to a motor rotator test device which determines whether a rotator is tested goods or not without the disassembly of the rotator and obtains an accurate test result without an image device or the workmanship of an operator. A rotator test device of a motor including the rotator and a stator having a rotating axis comprises; a motor driving part which drives the rotating axis by being combined with the rotating axis by a belt; a rotating plate which is connected to the end part of the rotating axis and has multiple detection groove formed at regular intervals; a sensor part which detects a rotating angle of the rotating plate using the detection groove when the rotating plate is rotated by the driving motor; and an analyzing terminal which detects phase impedance of alternating current applied to the motor by applying the impedance detected in the constant voltage environment to the rotating angle after applying the constant voltage to the stator and determines the quality of the rotator in reference to a matching rate of the phase impedance.

      따라서, 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 연마 장치에 의하면, 처리물 표면을 국부적으로 연마하여, 상기 처리물 표면을 평탄화시킨다. 즉, 종래와 같이 처리물 표면 전체를 연마하지 않고, 국부적으로 연마함으로써 처리물 표면을 평탄화시킨다. 이에, 종래와 같이 중앙 영역 또는 가장 자리 영역이 과도하게 연마되거나, 반대로 중앙 영역 또는 가장 자리 영역이 연마되지 않아, 처리물 표면이 전체적으로 볼록하거나 오목한 형태가 되는 문제를 방지할 수 있다. 따라서, 종래에 비해 처리물의 평탄도를 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 국부적으로 연마 작업을 진행하므로, 연마 작업 시간을 줄일 수 있으며, 처리물의 면적에 관계 없이 다양하게 연마를 진행할 수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: An automatic louver system using sunlight of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to completely discharge air such as carbon monoxide etc. generated when operating the outdoor unit to outside without utilizing electricity by being operated simultaneously with the operation of the outdoor unit. CONSTITUTION: An automatic louver system using sunlight of an outdoor unit(2) of an air conditioner comprises a base frame(10), a louver(20), a photovoltaic module, an inverter, a driving gear, an operating gear, a rotary stand, a vertical link, a horizontal link, a driving motor, and a controller. The base frame is installed in a front wall(4) in an outlet side of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner so that the interior and exterior of the base frame are communicated with the front wall. The louver is respectively joined to a plurality of rotary shafts of the base frame, thereby being rotated. The photovoltaic module is installed in the exterior surface of the louver, and a solar cell is attached to the photovoltaic module so that the photovoltaic module generated power. The inverter varies a current supplied from the solar cell, thereby supplying the same to an electric power system. The driving gear is arranged in a lateral upper part of the base frame and generates torque, thereby transmitting. The operating gear is joined to a rotary shaft in the lower side of the driving gear, thereby being rotated while being interlocked with the driving gear. The rotary stand is joined to a rotary shaft of the operation gear, thereby symmetrically rotated in two directions. The vertical link is connected to the lower part of both end portions of the rotary shaft, thereby being vertically operated.
