    • An air vent valve for a tire mold is provided to discharge residual air by inserting the air vent valve into the tire mold and preventing corrosion and discharge of rubber. An air vent valve for a tire mold comprises a cylindrical valve body(110), and a valve plug(120). The cylindrical valve body is inserted into a vent of a vulcanizing mold, has an air passage(112) formed therein, and a threshold(111) formed inside the air passage. The valve plug is inserted into the air passage, has a disc-shaped valve head(121) for covering an upper inner diameter of the valve body, a cylindrical assembly shaft(122) attached to a lower surface of the valve head. A plurality of projections(123-1) are radially formed at an outer surface of the assembly shaft in a symmetrical manner. The valve head is assembled to the valve body to form a gap therebetween. The valve head is resiliently pressed at its periphery to be in contact with the valve body.

      본 발명의 블래더 제조장치는, 블래더(1)의 내면을 형성하기 위한 코어 몰드(33), 상기 블래더(1)의 외형을 형성하기 위한 상하 분리형 외형 몰드(31, 32)를 포함하고; 상기 코어 몰드(33)의 상부면에는 중심방향을 향해 방사형태의 홈(34)이 다수개 형성되고, 상기 홈(34)에 바형태의 보강재(2)가 삽입되어 있다.
      이러한 장치에 의해 제조되는 블래더(1)는, 그린타이어(3)의 비드부에 대응되는 위치에서부터 중심방향을 향해 방사형 형태로 다수개의 보강재(2)가 삽입되어 있다.
      이렇게 제조된 블래더(1)는 종래의 블래더에 비하여 그린타이어의 저압팽창에 의한 가류공정에서 과도한 팽창이 억제되어 블래더 자체의 수명이 연장될 뿐만 아니라 블래더와 그린타이어 사이의 잔존 공기의 배출이 원활하여 그린타이어의 가류 불량도 방지할 수 있어, 특히 타이어의 저평편도 타이어의 제조에 매우 적합하다.

    • PURPOSE: A bladder into which a reinforcing material is inserted and an apparatus for manufacturing the same are provided to lengthen the life span of the bladder and to smoothly discharge air remaining between the bladder and a green tire. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(30) for manufacturing a bladder into which a reinforcing material is inserted is composed of a core mold(33) for forming the inner face of the bladder(1), and separation type outer molds(31,32) for forming the outer shape of the bladder. A plurality of grooves are radially formed at the upper face of the core mold. A plurality of bar-shaped reinforcing materials(2) are made of mild steel, and are inserted into the groove. Rubber materials are injected into the core mold through an injection hole(35). The bar-shaped reinforcing materials inserted into the core mold prevent the transformation of the manufactured bladder, and lengthens the life span of the bladder.

CONSTITUTION: In a vent plug(10), a circular hole(4) is formed at the bottom of a plug body(1) composed of a cup-shaped cylinder. A core(2) is composed of a solid cylinder. A knurling part(3) is formed at the circumference of the solid cylinder, and is fit into the circular hole. The diameter of the circular hole is less than the inner diameter of the cup-shaped cylinder. Thus, a gap is formed between the core and the plug body except the knurling part.
